It's our goal to give you unprecedent insight into product usage at your customers. Sometimes though, you just want to know a bit more general information about your customers, like how long have they been around, where are they located, and how much have they raised. If so, we've got you covered!
We can now automatically 'enrich' your customers with traits that help you better understand each customer's history and potential. We've also added filtering support for these traits, giving you more data points to segment your customers on. Paired with Indicators, you can now easily setup rules that automatically notify your team of new customers with significant value potential.
This enrichment process will likely be a 'pro' feature once we are out of our beta phase, so for now, we're enabling this feature for a handful of accounts. Let us know if you'd like to be one of these accounts and we'll see what we can do :)

Relative date filtering
We've also added support to our date filtering to filter customers by a relative timeframe. This way, if you simply wanted to know how many customers have/haven't logged in over the past 30 days, you'll no longer need to figure out what the date was 30 days ago - let us take care of the math 🤔
Paired with the above enriched traits, a fun new use case for Indicators could be to automatically flag customers with significant revenue potential the moment they stop using your product for at least, say, 10 days. This way, your CS team can ensure they engage your highest-value opportunities the moment they start to slip away.
